Roles include being a health promoter, carer, nurse, dementia lead, clinical lead, project manager, turnaround manager and CQC registered manager.

Yanjuu was set up based on experience of what services actually need when they ask for support, which is someone willing and able to do the work.
This ranges from actually writing care plans and assessments for an entire service, completing much needed appraisals and supervisions, conducting interviews, setting up compliance dashboards based on your business requirements, preparing for CQC inspections, providing post inspection support , moving care plan systems from paper to digital or even switching digital systems.
